We're not always lucky enough to see the photos after the hen do, but Rachael McGowan nee Hyde, sent us some beautiful wedding pics along with a testimonial about her Charleston Tea Party that we threw for her in a church hall in Bath on 28th March. We've posted them in the gallery below, along with snaps of the hen party.

Rachael's sister Claire Hyde organised it for her brilliantly and they both loved the flexibility of booking the hall - its blank canvas quality meant they could personalise the decoration. It also meant that their guests, who were based in London and Wales, could just travel to Bath for the day and be based in one place rather than having to stay overnight. They made full use of the space, dancing, playing games and of course, eating cake! Says Rachael:

"I was lucky enough to have my sister (and maid of honour!) organise a Secret Tea Party for my Hen Do. It was FABULOUS! I arrived to find a hall beautifully laid out with  gorgeous tulip centrepiece, vintage china, mini crackers to pull and a lovely glass of bubbly on arrival, and with all my favourite people! We had a teacher come to teach us the Charleston to work up an appetite for our sumptuous tea party and even the most left-footed of us managed to do a whole routine! It was such fun - we ended up doing it to a club track at the wedding! The food was gorgeous - little finger sandwiches, mini victoria sponges, rose water meringues, lemon drizzle cake, all topped off with copious amounts of tea and fizz! We all felt very pampered! Sitting down to eat with everyone gave us all a chance to catch up (and play some games!) and we even got to take home the flowers and some leftover cake! I would absolutely recommend this experience to anyone considering a hen do with a difference."
